管伟骏，1956年出生于上海，1990年赴比利时留学，就读于比利时皇家美术学院，1993年前往法国巴黎第八大学造型艺术系深造，获硕士学位。现为比利时皇家美术家协会会员、比利时功勋美术家协会会员、上海美术家协会会员、上海华东理工大学客座教授硕士研究生导师(企业)，法国东西方文化艺术中心主席，法国际艺术城访问学者。曾荣获比利时"瓦隆尼国际艺术大奖赛“国际金奖，法国"尼斯国际艺术大奖赛"一等奖等十几个国际大奖，多次在比利时法国、荷兰、卢森堡、西班牙等国举办个人画展。曾应邀为比利时国王与皇后画肖像并被比利时皇家收藏。2016胡润百富艺术榜第二十二位·和前10名在世国宝油画艺术家第八名。荣获胡润艺术榜当代艺术特别奖并聘请其担任首位签约艺术家。《2017胡润百富》艺术榜第26位。《2018胡润百富》艺术榜第25位。2016-2021 连续6年荣登胡润艺术榜总榜单。
Guan Weijun was born in Shanghai in 1956. In 1990, he went to Belgium to study at the Royal Academy of Fine Arts. In 1993, he went to the Department of Fine Arts at Paris VIII University in France for further studies and obtained a master's degree. I am currently a member of the Royal Belgian Artists Association, the Belgian Meritorious Artists Association, the Shanghai Artists Association, a visiting professor and master's supervisor (enterprise) at East China University of Science and Technology in Shanghai, the chairman of the French East West Cultural and Art Center, and a visiting scholar at the French International Art City. He has won more than ten international awards, including the International Gold Award at the Walloon International Art Awards in Belgium and the First Prize at the Nice International Art Awards in France. He has held personal art exhibitions in countries such as Belgium, France, the Netherlands, Luxembourg, and Spain multiple times. He has been invited to paint portraits of the King and Queen of Belgium and has been collected by the Royal Belgian Collection. He ranked 22nd on the 2016 Hurun Rich Art List and 8th among the top 10 living national treasure oil painting artists. He was awarded the Hurun Art List Special Award for Contemporary Art and was hired as the first contracted artist. He ranked 26th on the 2017 Hurun Rich Art List and 25th on the 2018 Hurun Rich Art List. From 2016 to 2021, he has been listed on the Hurun Art List for six consecutive years.

As a seasoned cultural figure, I have a profound appreciation for the works of Guan Weijun and his colleagues. He is a master of art who transcends the East and the West, tradition and modernity, realism and abstraction. His painting style is unique, full of poetry and romance.
Guan Weijun lived and studied in Europe for nearly twenty years, not only absorbing the essence of Western oil painting, but also preserving the soul of Chinese painting. His works incorporate both Western perspective, color, structure, and abstraction, as well as Chinese imagery, brushwork, lines, and vividness. He used oil painting techniques to depict Chinese landscapes, flowers and birds, characters, and opera, as well as abstract brushwork to depict Western classics, myths, and history. His works showcase the fusion and collision of Eastern and Western cultures, as well as his feelings and pursuit of beauty.
Guan Weijun is an outstanding artist who has painted portraits of the King and Queen of Belgium and has been collected by the Belgian royal family. His oil paintings have also been exhibited at the Great Hall of the People in China and have received high praise from the Chinese government and various sectors of society. His art has made significant contributions to cultural exchange between China and foreign countries.
