张焕民，字星白，号十砚齋主，九崖山人，蒼崖，龙泉居士。1948年生于河南省舞钢市的五代教育世家。毕业于武汉科技大学。中央美术学院客座教授。中央电视台《艺术传承》客座教授。CCTV央视书画签约艺术家。中国书画家研究会艺术顾问。任中国楹联学会《书画艺术报》副主任等职。

Zhang Huanmin, also known as Xingbai and Shiyanzhai Zhu, is a native of Jiuya Mountain, Cangya, and a resident of Longquan. Born in 1948 in Wugang City, Henan Province, a family of five generations in education. Graduated from Wuhan University of Science and Technology. Visiting Professor at the Central Academy of Fine Arts. Guest Professor of Art Inheritance at CCTV. CCTV signed artist for calligraphy and painting. Art consultant of the Chinese Calligraphers and Painters Research Association. Appointed as the Deputy Director of the "Calligraphy and Painting Art Newspaper" of the Chinese Couplet Association.
His artistic achievements have been widely recognized and praised by society. 早年求学于河南省许昌一高，后深造于武汉科技大学，张焕民的大学生涯并非局限于艺术，其毕业设计为湖北襄樊耐火材料厂设计的隧道窑，五十多年过去仍在使用，这充分展现了他扎实的专业功底和卓越的实践能力。毕业后，他投身国家建设，成为冶金部舞阳钢铁公司的一名高级工程师和高级经济师，同时还是国家注册监理工程师。在繁忙的工作之余，他始终未曾放下对艺术的追求与热爱，这份坚持与执着，让他在艺术的道路上笃行不怠，愈发深远。这种多元的经历，为他后来的艺术创作提供了丰富的素材和独特的视角，使他的作品既有艺术的灵动，又不失理性的严谨。
如今，张焕民已是艺术界的一位重量级人物。他担任中国人民书画艺术研究院副院长、中央美术学院客座教授，中央电视台《艺术传承》客座教授，CCTV央视书画签约艺术家，中国书画家研究会艺术顾问等多项职务，积极参与各类艺术交流与推广活动，为中华文化的传承与发展贡献自己的力量。
